Where they started
The first version of the app had been rejected by Google Play and needed to meet current policy. The floating lock button was hard to move and could not be removed, the ads setup was incomplete and the onboarding felt plain. The app also needed a stronger identity to stand out among dozens of similar "Touch Lock" apps.
What we built
StayLock locks the touchscreen without turning the display off, so a video, a map or a recipe stays on screen while every accidental tap is blocked. Keshvra took the app from an early build to a Play-Store-ready product: new design, a reliable lock engine, a full monetization setup and a complete store launch package.
- New brand: the StayLock name, a shield-and-lock app icon and an indigo-violet visual identity
- Floating lock button that can be dragged anywhere and removed by dropping it on a bin
- Screen stays on while locked, with double tap, notification or shake to unlock
- Quick Settings tile, lock history, in-app review prompt and a Remove Ads purchase via Google Play Billing
- Native, interstitial and app-open ads with smart preloading, kept within AdMob policy
- Fixed the likely cause of the earlier rejection, rewrote the privacy policy and delivered a complete store listing in English and Hindi
- App Store Optimization: competitor and keyword research and a keyword-rich title and descriptions
