Where they started
A homeopathy practice in Vadodara that also treats patients abroad was running on scattered tools. Bookings, case notes, follow-up dates and prescriptions lived in different places, and patients had no simple way to see their own treatment. Sessions also dropped whenever a browser tab was closed, so patients had to log in again and again.
What we built
We built one system with three parts that share a single database: a public website that books appointments, a patient portal and a doctor's admin panel. Records are stored permanently and stay in sync, and patients stay signed in across visits.

- Patient portal with a four-step treatment journey: consultation, active treatment, symptom relief and long-term cure
- Printable prescription card with clinic branding, remedy dosage and lifestyle advice
- Doctor panel for case sheets, appointments, follow-up reminders and one-click WhatsApp messages
- Persistent sign-in, so returning patients are recognised and their booking details are filled in
- SQLite database with salted password hashing, plus JSON backup and restore
